Personality development from competence of manager point of wiev

This master’s thesis is devoted to investigation of the issues connected with the competence and personal development of the employees at manager positions. The thesis consists of four parts. In the first part, the questions connected with competence are detailed. The second part deals with selected problematic of staff-testing and the following part describes the possibilities of personal development and further education of employees. The last part is devoted to the practical application of the theoretical knowledge’s in real working environment. The conclusions in the form of recommended changes are also included in this part.
Current trends in the use of digital tools in corporate education

Organizations in the Czech Republic, regardless of whether they are public institutions or private enterprises, are currently considering the need to digitalize their processes when transforming their activities. Especially in the past two years, the events of coping with the impact of the spread of COVID-19 have significantly influenced the needs and actions of social entities in the areas of work organization. This phenomenon has accelerated the use of digital tools in the field of further education building on changes in the manufacturing sector. For example, the concept of Industry 4.0 was promoted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. However, the increasing dynamics of the development and supply of digital tools for training is confronting training specialists in the private sector with the challenge of deciding which of the tools on offer are a real asset or just an ineffective experiment with no positive impact on their businesses. Designing a Solution for the Problematics of new Employee Induction in the Remand Prison Prague-Ruzyně

Fast and high quality implementation of adaptation process in an organisation is beneficial not only for the organisation, but also for its new employees. Managing such adaptation process is beneficial for the organisation mainly after the employee has achieved an adequate level in their work performance. From the employee's point of view fast and high-quality adaptation improves competency and accelerates learning processes. This thesis focuses on reviewing the existing process of adaptation of new employees in the Remand Prison Prague-Ruzyně by means of searching obstacles that can slow down or impede this process. The theoretical part deals with an introduction into human resources management and focuses on company learning and development, its methods and forms. It also defines the following terms: adaptation process, adaptation and orientation in the relation towards new employees in the organisation. The Bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of education of employees in the company. The first part summarizes theoretical knowledge gained from professional literature. The second part introduces the particular organization and the current education system, which is analyzed by a survey. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the current education system, identifying its strenghts and weaknesses. Based on the results, a recommendation is made. The recommendation should improve the current system of education.
Education of Employees in Non-governmental Organizations

As far as my diploma thesis is concerned I deal here with the topic of education of employees in non-governmental organizations. The theoretical part of my work is focused on clarification of often used terms connected with this issue, such as non-governmental organizations, education, qualification and competency, learning organization etc. I address the next part of my work to the system of education in organizations generally and then I search for the particularities of this issue in non-governmental organizations. My work deals with form and system of education of employees in non-governmental organizations, with motivation for education and how the employees themselves perceive the education and vocational development in their non-governmental organizations. To gain data for case study I used the method of qualitative research - method of half-structured interviews which I led with employees and managing employees of non-governmental organizations. The main idea of my work was to understand how the situation on this field look like, what are the trends and progress of education of employees and what news it could bring to civil society or rather to the society in general.

This bachelor's work deals with the education of employees in a selected organization like one of the most important tasks in the field of human resources management. Effectiveness and success of the educational process is highly important for each organization. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse and describe the educational process in the selected organization. My bachelor's thesis includes two parts: a theoretical part and a practical one. The theoretical part will focus on the education and its basic forms and methods. Also in the theoretical part the process of education will be described in details. In the practical part is going to be the presentation of the selected organization and the analysis of the educational process there. Based on the obtained results, at the end of the practical part will be discussed the evaluation and recommendations about possible improvements of the whole education system in the organization.

The aim of the presented bachelor thesis is to analyse the educational system offered for the company's employees in Partners Financial Services, Ltd. The thesis is divided into three main parts: the theoretical part, methodological and practical ones. The theoretical part describes a set of problems related to educational system organised for the staff in an organization from the general point-of-view. The methodological part describes methods used in the practical part in analysing the educational system for the employees. The content of the practical part is the analysis of the educational system for the company's staff as practised in Partners Financial Services, Ltd. The conclusion of this thesis summarizes basic information determined by the analysis of the employee educational system and the evaluation of the analysed system.

The aim of this bachelors thesis is to answer the question "How to improve efficiency of development of employees and how to intensify their motivation to further education in Datart International, a.s. company? " and bring suggestions for further improvement. Theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis is focused on motivation theory, relation between motivation and performance, further education and staff awards. Practical part describes Datart International a.s. and other retail companies operating in business of consumer electronic goods, methodology and methods of data collection and evaluates results of Research.
